Review of Hotel Firefly - A Family-Friendly RetreatMy recent stay at Hotel Firefly in Zermatt was a delightful experience for my family. We opted for the Garden Suite, which comfortably accommodated our group of six. This well-designed suite offered ample space and a charming outdoor area perfect for family meals. As a beach lover from London, I appreciated the variety of outdoor activities available, allowing our family to engage in everything from snowshoeing to sledding. The nearby slopes provided thrilling opportunities for downhill skiing and snowboarding, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. What stood out was the hotel's family-friendly atmosphere. The thoughtful touches, like baby chairs and a well-equipped kitchenette, made our stay seamless. The staff were genuinely accommodating, ensuring that our young children were well taken care of. Breakfast served in our suite was a welcome addition, giving us a chance to gather together before a day of adventure.
